This research was conducted at the Hotel Dinasti Makassar to examine the factors that affect performance improvement. In this study was to determine whether the factors that most influence employee performance improvement.
This study was conducted using questionnaires to all employees of the Dynasty Hotel Makassar, the data obtained were then processed using the method of qualitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. Number of questionnaires were processed totaling 60 questionnaire.
These results indicate that employee performance, motivation, incentives, and education, positive and significant impact on employee performance improvement.
