In this par this part ,two theories i.e Change model for Facilitation of Learning & Pygmalion Effect in a Cl t in a Classroom Setting will help understanding the facilitation of Learning Process of Learners: Teacher s can create better students just by believing in them(Pygmalion effect). The goal s for student l udent learning outcomes ar omes are far more extensive and ambitious than ever before. In part-II ,we aim to explore the role of adopting good teaching pedagogy and develop a pyramid of Teaching- Pedagogy. Good faculty can help impr an help improve bad systems but even good systems with bad faculty can not lead an institution towards excellence. institution towards excellence.
