S.E. has a diversity of forms, and a great visibility especially when it comes to its promotion in the economical structures of certain European Union member countries where it is believed that approximately 10 % of the active population to be involved in, while it is spoken about platforms, networks, and S.E.’ instruments. The present study points out Social Economy’s predominant role as placed in the building and maintenance of “social peace”.
