Hermeneutic Problems of Human-Machine Communication

Modern information technologies penetrate many spheres of human life and perform functions, which were previously available only for a human and to human mind. Nowadays, artificial intelligence technologies, neural network technologies are developing and they are used to analyze and process data of...

Nowadays, artificial intelligence technologies, neural network technologies are developing and they are used to analyze and process data of completely different sources. They can be used for scientific purposes. Sometimes modern investigators are not able to qualitatively process large amount of information that exist in various spheres of knowledge. In this regard, computer intelligence, technologies for analyzing large amounts of data can assess this information at a qualitatively different level and exchange it, which in the framework of the Internet of things technology reminds us the experience of human communication. Data exchange protocols strive for unification, in order to make possible the data exchange or “communication” between various devices efficient and working without failures. An important part of communication within the framework of human society is reflection. There is a number of questions such as whether machines would be able to analyze themselves at different semantic levels, whether this process could be algorithmized and how inter-machine data exchange would look. It is possible that in the future a person will have to create special hermeneutic techniques to understand the results of artificial intelligence and include them in the discourses of culture. Moreover, the developing of artificial intelligence reflection and reflecting skills is possible in the nearest future. In this case, humanity can come closer to the singularity point – the maximum unity of human and technologies. http://zabvektor.com/wp-content/uploads/090420120443-Shaev.pdfinformation technologiescommunicationhuman-machine interactionsignneural networksbiopolitics
