Les ressources de l’environnement : au cœur de la construction des savoirs professionnels en situation de travail et de la protection de la santé

This is demonstrated by a comparative study in two employment sectors, where the working conditions are learning conditions, and where the margin of maneuver for implementing learning activities is different. Despite this difference, the same categories of operational resources (spatio-temporal, human and material) and the same strategies for constructing these resources are involved. However, each of these categories does not have the same relative importance. The weight of the constraints specific to each sector determines the relative importance of these categories and the human costs of the informal learning activities.http://journals.openedition.org/pistes/3719traininglearning conditionsenvironmental resourceshealth and safetyergonomic |
