Besides, the author has revised the composition of these organisms and included them into the taxonomic list. The location of the sphinctozoa in the Nakhodka Reef showed that they are the main frame-building organisms together with algae and crinoids. The Lengwu Reef was formed in three stages, each ended with the development of the reef. A comparative analysis between fossil sponges from the Nakhodka Reef and the Lengwu Reef has revealed a taxonomic affinity of the faunas, which allowed concluding that there is similarity between these sediments in age and depositional environment.
