Summary:<p>The article determines the use of information and communication technologies in language education as one of the most important conditions for successful solution of educational tasks aimed at achieving a high level of speech culture of future elementary school teachers, attention has been focused on the importance of establishing information and communication pedagogical environment.The application of information and communication technologies in the educational process greatly improves the process of teaching disciplines of the speech cycle, increasing efficiency and quality of mastering by the students of relevant knowledge and skills for the improvement of the language awareness. Through the use of didactic and developmental opportunities program-methodical support of personal computers, multimedia technologies, online resources, and information resources on the Internet for the purpose of obtaining knowledge and their automation, modeling of educational situations, self-control results personal language activities there is an improvement spelling and punctuation literacy, stylistic expression and increasing communicative expediency of using the language, and consequently, the formation of speech culture of students.</p><p>Key words: information and communication technologies, future teacher of the elementary school, communication culture, language education.</p>
