Description
Summary:This article aims to reflect on the role of a nurse in the Family Health Strategy. It is an experience of five nurses in the Family Health Strategy. Discussion: With the historic transformation, the nurse creates and recreates his work in primary health care, it needs to revise their work process, for its activities become the most varied and dynamic, since care activities until the education activities, since the transformations are not static, are continuous, so it is essential that educational institutions should be aware of these changes and continuously, also review the technical education and training of human resources for teamwork. Primary care, here represented by the Family Health Strategy as a model under construction, for its effective development requires that nurses take a conscious processing involved in the work process.
