Based on the implementation of research results “pembantaran” arrest suspects in the level of investigation based on several provisions or regulations, among others: the Criminal Procedure Code, Act No. 2 year 2002 as well as SEMA No. 1 in 1989. The protection of human rights for suspects, particularly in health care by providing opportunities for treatment in hospitals outside the prison, which is a right that must be respected and protected by the state. |
