The provincial government of DKI Jakarta has implemented Act No. 23/1992 in the form of health financing by determining health insurance through Kartu Jakarta Sehat (KJS). The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the implementation of JKN on treatment piles, cost and clinical outcomes of patients with type 2 diabetes who turned into BPJS and know the description HRQoL KJS patients and general patients. This study was conducted in a longitudinal time restrospectively from medical records, documents / receipts from Hospital Pharmacy Installation and documents / receipts from the financial section of the period July 2013 to December 2014 for patients who meet the inclusion criteria. The subjects of this study were patients of type 2 diabetes outpatient in Tarakan Hospital Jakarta as many as 108 KJS patients and 20 General patients who became the research sample. This study is a correlation analysis to determine the relationship between population characteristics with the frequency of health problems. The population used the same, but at different times before JKN and after JKN. Data analysis is done by descriptive analysis to know the percentage of each tested variable. Descriptively consists of 4 (four) variables: patient demography, treatment profile, cost and clinical outcomes. Analysis of medication profile differences and costs before and after JKN using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The questionnaire created and administered to patients aimed at assessing the Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) used was the validated version of the validity of the validity of the validity of the validity of the validity of the Indonesian version of the validity of the validity of the validity of the validity of Life Clinical Trial Questionanaire (DQLCTQ). This cake was prepared by the United Kingdom Prospective Diabetes Study (UKPDS). Results of statistical research on the treatment profile there was no significant difference between KJS patients with General patients on DM drugs and Non DM drugs. Statistically on cost there was no significant difference between KJS patients and General patients on Non DM drug costs. While there were statistically significant differences between KJS patients and General patients on medical expenses, total drug cost and median DM drug cost. On clinical outcomes measurements of KJS patients and General patients showed differences in the number of patients with GDP and HBA1c improved, stable and worsening. In the quality of life measurement (DQLCTQ) there was no significant difference between the two groups of KJS patients and General patients in all domains.
