Azedarach has attracted a lot of attention from researchers as one of the most versatile medicinal plants, having a wide range of biological activities. The objective of this work is evaluated the antioxidant, antimicrobial, insecticidal activity and the total phenolics content of M. azedarach seed oil and the encapsulated M. azedarach seed oil. The antioxidant activity of M. azedarach seed oil and encapsulated M. azedarach seed oil was 65.63% and 37%, respectively. The antimicrobial efficacy is decreased after encapsulation against the strains tested. M. azedarach seed oil has insecticidal properties against rice weevil (Sitophilus oryzae) and grain capuchin (Rhyzopertha dominica). The results of this study show that the β-CD polymer can protect the active compounds of the oil and could be useful as an antimicrobial, antioxidant and natural insecticide. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tW6GuASzHcRo6hxlpeMAVM5AxF52TOcy/view?usp=sharingantioxidant activityantimicrobial activityinsecticidal activitym. azedarach seed oil
