Summary: | Objective: To investigate and analyze the application value of SYNTAX score Ⅱ in the
patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who were treated with primary direct PCI
in our hospital. Methods: A total of 240 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were
treated with primary PCI in our hospital from November 2011 to September 2014 were
chosen as the research object. According to SYNTAX score Ⅱ points, they were divided
into the A group (<21 points group) of 80 cases, B group (21 to 31 points group) of 80 cases
and C group (>31 points group) of 80 cases. The incidence of no-reflow, adverse cardiac
and cerebrovascular event rate, prognosis serum markers and platelet activation markers of
the three groups were compared. Results: The incidence of no-reflow, adverse cardiac and
cerebrovascular event rate, prognosis serum markers and platelet activation markers of A group
were lower than those of group B and group C, and group B were all lower than those of group C.
The detection result of the three groups of single and multi-vessel disease patients were without
significant difference (all P<0.05), and there were significant differences. Conclusions:
The application value of SYNTAX score Ⅱ in the patients with AMI who were treated with
primary PCI is higher, so the evaluation standards has active clinical application significance in
the patients. |
