Quality management in higher education is a basic requirement of orientation towards performance and increase competitiveness of universities, considering that, as an institution of education and research, assumes the responsibility to form competent specialists, to answer the needs of the labor market, to develop the scientific fundamental and applicative research in accordance with national and international standards and to integrate into the university system of the European Union.
