Summary: | This paper presents a number of practical considerations. The experience of teaching Portuguese as a foreign language, particularly with the attention focused on the presentation of the Brazilian’s “variant” to Croatian students is the point of origin of these observations. The text gives no consideration of “theoretical” order or, either, offers elements for draft innovative dependent methodologies of various instruments, in addition to the traditional ones. What is wanted, in fact, is to establish parameters for comparison with other practices, from a practical experience that part of a subjective assumption: the use of personal resources and a certain amount of creativity as the coexistence operation of instruments to Croatian students of Portuguese.
