Comunicação e Cultura Nobrow: o Fluxo Cultural no Ciberespaço

The twentieth century has potentiated various cultural phenomena and has given rise to several new ones. Culture has developed fully. With the convergence of communicational,cultural and social factors such as hybridism, cyberculture and globalization, the terrain was fertilized for the birth of the so-called Nobrow: a new communication phenomenon directly linked to new technologies and new media, in particular to cyberspace, which has given rise to a new culture of the same name with the cultural flow and the universalized dialogue of information provided by technological empowerment on a world scale; thus bringing about a democratization of the material and immaterial goods created by culture. It is a new moment in the cultural history of the 21st century.
