The aim of the article is to study the experience of the organization of the business environment through the mechanism of inclusion of community residents. Methodology / approach. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the management and administration of socio-economic development, the paradigm of holism as a base. It also illustrates the study and takes into account the understanding of the integrity of the processes. The use of statistical methods of research, such as series of dynamics, trend and correlation and regression analysis allowed to determine the factors of correlation of community participation in the processes of its development. A sociological survey of two hundred respondents representing residents of ancestral estates and ancestral settlements of Ukraine was conducted, which allowed to identify a mechanism for improving the efficiency of the system of administration and activation of the business environment, including from the standpoint of attracting investments for the development of society. Results. The factors determining the degree of influence of participation of society and its individual inhabitants in the system of General relations are revealed. The mechanisms of increasing citizens' motivation for cooperation and mutual assistance are evaluated. The article presents the experience of the organization of the business environment in the united territorial communities of Ukraine, which is implemented through the practice of functioning of ancestral estates and ancestral settlements. Mechanisms of intensification of social-and-economic movements with activity activation of public organizations are offered. Originality / scientific novelty. For the first time, the author defined the role of family homesteads and family homestead settlement in the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas. The article also illustrates the improved approaches to the activation of the business environment of territorial communities, their coordination with public organizations and regional government bodies. The article improves the definition of the social component of entrepreneurial capital. Practical value / implications.
