Summary: | Seven imino-4-Hesperidin derivatives have been synthesized by condensation of Hesperidin and
several Amines at room temperature, the products were obtained in good yields. The diastereomers of
these compounds have been to be easily separated by TLC on silica gel using optically pure D(+)-
sacharose and D(-) Manitol, the spots were located in a lamp UV 254 nm. The effect of the chiral
selectors, Temperature and atmospheric pressure on resolution has been studied.
