Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to identify the current theoretical and empirical level of risk management of innovation projects. To achieve this, we performed an exploratory study through a search of the literature. The results show the evolution of dynamic methods of managing risk in innovation projects. The article assesses the kinds of innovation projects, the most important types of risk in these projects, and the strategies to reduce/mitigate risk through the use of dynamic methods. The article examines the application of methods by Boehm, Riskit and Serim as opposed to using the standard established methodology of Monte Carlo simulation for projects in risky conditions.
