Whereas the quality of an instrument is determined by its measurement properties, including reliability, it is advisable to research such property after the instrument’s process of translation and cultural adaptation. Objectives:To evaluate the intra- and inter-examiner reliability of the LLFDI Brazilian Portuguese version. Methods: Indexes of intra-class correlation (ICC) and conformity (CCC) were used to test the intra- and inter-examiner reliability by administering the instrument to a sample of 45 volunteers (average age 70.13 ± 6.88 years), living in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais state. Results: High levels of intra-examiner (ICC = 0.91 and ICC = 0.97) and inter-examiner (CCC = 0.87 and CCC = 0.92) reliability were observed, respectively, in the Disability (full limitation) and Function (full function) components of the instrument. Conclusion: The LLFDI Brazilian Portuguese translated version presented stability in both instrument components, being therefore suitable for use in Brazil.http://www.cadernosdeterapiaocupacional.ufscar.br/index.php/cadernos/article/view/1325Elderly PeopleDaily ActivitiesFunctionalityDisabilityReliability
