Summary:HR management is one of the most important areas of a machine-building enterprise activity. The most important HR management functions are motivation, managing employee relations, training and development, managing employee’s quality. The personnel qualitative characteristics are reflected in the degree of professional and qualification suitability for work. Upgrading the skills of the enterprise’ personnel and their acquiring of new competencies should be based on lifelong learning system and continuous professional training. Personnel training are important part of the enterprise’s HR management system. It contributes to the development of organizational processes, the achievement of the enterprise’ goals and objectives. Personnel training aimed at their developing and motivating are a long-term investment in the enterprise employees.
