Summary:The article is aimed at developing a model for determining the level of efficiency of financial provision of innovative development of the national economy based on the theory of fuzzy sets, as well as identifying the main factors that will have a high coefficient of influence on the defining integral parameter of the developed model. As a result of the research it was determined that the level of efficiency of financial provision of innovative development of the national economy (G) equals 0.5, which according to the scale corresponds to the average level (40–60%). The author systematizes the factors having the greatest influence on improvement of financial provision of innovative development of economy of Ukraine. Ways of increasing the level of financing of innovation activity of enterprises are suggested. This model of estimation of efficiency level of financial provision of innovative development of national economy in view of an updating of knowledge base and rules can be adapted at contemporary enterprises and companies of Ukraine which apply or are going to improve their innovation strategy. Also the developed model can be applied both at regional level and macro-level, with corresponding additions and clarifications in terms of input and intermediate modules.
