Inquiries revealed the framework for qualification requirements that led to the establishment of a matrix of learning subjects. Learning requirements followed from that matrix and allowed for the definition of management learning profiles for construction professionals. These profiles have been compared to frameworks from other European institutions and lay the basis for defining training structures and learning programmes. Statybos specialistų vadybos žinių gilinimas: Lenkijos, Jungtinės Karalystės ir Portugalijos patirtis ir lyginamoji analizė Santrauka Statybos personalo parengimo gerinimas vadybos srityje yra būtinas žingsnis Lenkijos konkurencingumui didinti. Atlikta apklausa atskleidė kvalifikacinių reikalavimų struktūrą, pagal kurią sudaryta reikalingų studijuoti dalykų matrica. Iš šios matricos suformuluoti reikalavimai žinioms, pagal juos sudaryti vadybos studijų dalykai statybos specialistams. Kuriant studijų struktūros ir mokymo programų bazę, sudarytasis dalykų sąrašas buvo palygintas su analogiškais kitų Europos institucijų sąrašais. Statybos personalo parengimo gerinimas vadybos srityje yra būtinas žingsnis Lenkijos konkurencingumui didinti. Atlikta apklausa atskleidė kvalifikacinių reikalavimų struktūrą, pagal kurią sudaryta reikalingų studijuoti dalykų matrica. Iš šios matricos suformuluoti reikalavimai žinioms, pagal juos sudaryti vadybos studijų dalykai statybos specialistams. Kuriant studijų struktūros ir mokymo programų bazę, sudarytasis dalykų sąrašas buvo palygintas su analogiškais kitų Europos institucijų sąrašais.
