| Summary: | It is analyzed the state of the activity of the bodies of self-organization of people according to the legislative standards. The necessity of changing of legislation, that determine the demands of creation such bodies, is justified here. Despite the modern legislation there some problems in the order of their creation, registration, definition of their status as a taxpayer, continuing and the termination of their authority, the accounting of the citizens who live in private sector. Problems appears because of disparity of self-governmental legislation to modern circumstances. |
