In the case of Primary, the direction runs parallel to the birth and evolution of the graduate school. In the case of Secondary, its origin is not so recent, to the extent that this level is traditionally assigned to the University. Another aspect analyzed will be the conflicting questions regarding the direction that have appeared in the analyzed period, in particular that of "professionalization".
