Description
Summary:At the core of the plurality of feminist theories and analyzes, researchers of Social Theory of Social Reproduction (ANS) anchored in Marxian notions of labor, value, labor power and social reproduction, elaborate the idea that both commodity production and domestic and of care make up the systemic totality of capitalism, both of which are necessary for the regeneration of capital. They understand that conflicts around social reproduction are at the heart of the dispute between capital and labor. This text analyzes the current problematic of housework and care, located in a crisis that imposes a new sexual and international division of labor and that evokes a renewal in social theory, expressed in the feminist development of TRS.
