Summary: | The purpose of this research is to deepen knowledge about interventions deployed in organization that focuses on the development of individuals, collectives and organizations. This article aims to demonstrate which strategies are used by a practitioner during an intervention in order to make it more effective. To this end, we followed the intervention of an occupational psychologist deploying a preventive approach called ORSOSA (Organization of Care and Health of Caregivers) in a care ward. In order to follow the intervention process longitudinally we used a qualitative approach (dashboard logs, observations, interviews). The analysis of our data identifies three main strategies used by the practitioner at specific times during the intervention to: legitimize the relevance of the approach, adapt to the care service context and evaluate the results of the intervention. For each of these strategies, the objectives and modus operandi were described.
