| Summary: | Collaborative applications provide a group of users with the facility to communicate and share data in a coordinate way. This paper shows an object-based platform for the development of Web collaborative applications. A communication outline to exchange messages between a Java server and Web applications is shown. This outline provides a high flexibility for the construction of Web interfaces and collaborative applications on Internet. Examples of Web collaborative applications developed using the object-oriented platform are also shown.
