Therapy is aimed at controlling the symptoms caused by the imbalance between dopaminergic inhibition and cholinergic excitation, so the anesthesiologist's strategy should focus on achieving a stable perioperative period and avoiding the exacerbation of motor and non-motor symptoms. This review is aimed at the anesthesiologist performance in Parkinson disease patients, with the aim of highlighting the anesthetic implications.http://medisur.sld.cu/index.php/medisur/article/view/4979enfermedad de parkinsonanestesiaanciano |
