In this case, the disaster risk management plan, which is part of the management tools that any educational institution should have implemented. To this end, a population of 167 high school fifth graders was considered, of which 117 students were taken as sample. The study developed a quantitative, basic type approach of correlational, descriptive level, and cross, non-experimental design. The instrument used for the study was the measurement questionnaire Risk Management Plan and Environmental Culture. The general hypothesis of an existinf relationship between the risk management plan and environmental disaster culture of high school students the IEE Ricardo Bentín, Rímac - Lima, 2013 was proposed and determined, though according to the statistical results, this relationship is not significant but, on the contrary, low; suggesting that the development of environmental culture in students might be determined by other factors.http://revistas.pucp.edu.pe/index.php/espacioydesarrollo/article/view/17569desastregestión de riesgoscultura ambientalvulnerabilidad
