The intra-renal teratoma first described by McCurdy, he reported a six-week-old baby boy had abdominal mass in the left hypochondrium with prune belly syndromes on 1934. The first case of adult reported by Kojiro on 1976 in a 40-year-old male with abdominal pain. Present a 30-year-old male with chief complaints protruded mass in the left flank since a year after a history stabbing of the wound. Lumbotomy eleventh rib trans-costal incision for a nephrectomy suspected teratoma by radiological finding was done, and obtained masses is shaped like fetal malformation with size 13.5x14.5x20 cms.
