BIREFRINGENCE AND EXCITON SPECTRA OF CuAlSe2 AND CuAlS2 CRYSTALS
The excitonic reflection spectra of CuAlS2 and CuAlSe2 crystals were measured at the temperature of 10 K for polarizations E||c and E⊥c.
