Summary:The pregnant woman deserves attention in the prenatal to prevent complications for her and the new born. The consultations should be in enough amount and of quality to detect problems. that can be treated. In an unit, we took care of a patient submitted to cesaean delivery for presenting in there condilomatosas lesions vulvar, vestibular and vaginal. The objective was to offer intervention, based on the nursing diagnosis and on the Theory of the selfcare and Deficit of Orem We used the concepts of support and education teaching the patient to take herself, seeking the cure and prevention. The Study of Case was accomplished in a of médium load public hospital, of Ceará State. The collection of data used the register of the patient, interviews and physical exam. The Therapeutic Plan considered universal demand and selfcare deficit, nursing diagnosis, the help method, the type of involved system and the nursing interventions. We verified the importance and need of the systematization of the nursing approach.
