Its genesis and evolution is studied in relation to interpretation of the "living life" concept by other authors. Thus, original understanding of the phenomenon by Dostoevsky is disclosed. It turns out, that in writer’s thesaurus this expression does not appear sporadically, but finds itself as a significant constant leitmotif and goes from work to work.
