| Summary: | Malnutrition is, in my opinion, the biggest factor of disturbance that affects people. The writers and experts in this area are in line to admit that the disturbances observed in the human health by poor nutrition affect all organs and systems and influence mental and emotional state of the individual. If one adds to these conditions the reduction in defenses in the fight against disease, we find the immediate cause of why people sick, and why in many cases the manifestations of violence are simply the result of the struggle for life between undernourished people. Los tratadistas y expertos en esta materia están acordes en admitir que los disturbios observados en la economía humana por una alimentación deficiente afectan a todos los órganos y sistemas e influyen definitivamente sobre el estado psíquico y emocional del individuo. Si se añade a estos trastornos la disminución de las defensas en la lucha contra las enfermedades, encontraremos la causa inmediata de por qué un pueblo enferma, y por qué en muchos casos las manifestaciones de violencia son simplemente el resultado de la lucha por la vida entre gentes desnutridas.
