Development of Portative System for Quality Detection in Indian Honey Using Gas Sensor
In this paper, a new approach to develop a low-cost portative system for quality detection in Indian honey using gas sensor. A prototype system uses gas sensor and microcontroller for qualitative detection. The results are compared with conventional analytical methods.
