Summary:The paper shows the issue of determining the limiting load for the circular three-layer plate the middle layer of which is reinforced with four layers of fibers in the main directions. The inner contour of the plate is freely supported, and the outer one is fixed. It is shown that the plate is divided into five circular zones, in each of which various plastic states occur. Static fields of moments are determined, equations for unknown radii between plastic zones are found, as well as equations for determining the support reaction and the limiting load.
