Summary:Three species of myrrnlclne ants, lachnomyrmex grandis, L. longinodus, and megalomyrmex bidentatus are described from tropical forests of southwestern Colombia. lachnomyrmex grandis is distinguished for its large size and coarser sculpture; L. longinodus by its long petiole and propodeal spines. Megalomyrmex bidentatus has two small but visible propodeal teeth, an exclusive character. among the known species of the genus. A key to the known neotropical Lachnomyrmex is provided.<br>Se describen las nuevas especies lachnomyrmex grandis, L. longinodus, y megalomyrmex bidentatus (Hymenoptera: formicidae: Myrmicinae), todas de bosques húmedos de Nariño, al suroccidente de Colombia. L. grandis se distingue de especies cercanas por su gran tamaño y tosca esculturación; L. longinodus se distingue por la mayor longitud de las espinas propodeales y el peciolo. M. bidentatus posee dos dientes propodeales bien definidos que la separa del resto de especies del género. Se ofrece una clave para las 6 especies conocidas de Lachnomyrmex.
