In this paper, we shed light on this problem thanks to the analysis of the legislative process of an Italian law, which aims at wholly reforming the electricity market. The adoption of an innovative platform for public affair allows us to monitor this legislative process, and to understand how the stakeholders’ interests have been materialized in the proposals of different political parties and in the final version of the law.
