Summary:The ill-will attempt to support the invented idea that there exists a „Moldavian language” oppozed to the Romanian language, as is based on the Moldovan dialectal basis, is a serious error and absurdity. The political substratum of the problem of the „Moldavian language” is evident. The spoken and written language in Republic of Moldova is the Romanian language. The common supra-dialectal norms of the literary Romanian have extended during several centuries in the entire Romanian language space due to support and concord of educated people of Moldova, Wallachia (Muntenia) and Transilvania.
