| Summary: | The article considers and analyzes the problems of emergency housing in the city of Omsk. The existing approaches to the elimination of the problem of emergency housing and proposals for improving housing policy and mechanisms for its implementation are considered. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that the problems that exist today in the field of emergency housing need to be addressed comprehensively, using all kinds of available mechanisms and tools.
