Summary: | The object of this article is to examine all the contributions that refer to the calculation of the ranking of universities, particularly the metrics with all related semantics in order to propose a modeling. The motivation behind this work is to boost Tunisian universities to blaze a respectable worldwide scale. It is in this direction that a communicational approach was proposed besides a way to assist decision- makers in a gradual process of improving their institutions sites. The model was tested on the sample of the University of Sousse, which comprises 16 institutions but can be extrapolated for 198 institutions in Tunisia or any other sample of universities all over the world. |
