In fact, in the framework of bureaucratic reforms across Ministries/Institutions/Local Government, need to be prepared KPI. The purpose of this study is to formulate or construct KPI and standardized OSS KPI agencies, as a reference in measuring the performance or success of the OSS agency. The study used a descriptive research approach. The results of this study to formulate a number of dimensions/ key performance components (TPI) OSS agencies, namely: the quality and authority structures, operational procedures quality of service, the quality of the licensing process, the level of service satisfaction, the rate of change of investment, the rate of change of the Local Revenue, and the rate of change in GDP.
