| Summary: | The aim of the paper is to analyze and summarize the features of the theoretical and practical aspects of the Bulgarian experience of public administration decentralization. The features of key concepts definition, the degree and directions of theoretical coverage of problems in the Bulgarian scientists’ works are analyzed. Based on the analysis of legal acts concerning decentralization and research series the peculiarity of public administration decentralization in Bulgaria is disclosed, the achievements and existing problems and the ways to solve them are singled out. |
