Strengthen the values of youth people of the Pinar del Río instruction Center

The topic of strengthening values is one of the research priorities of the Ministry of Interior, from ensuring the historical continuity of the Revolution, given the international scene, characterized by the establishment of neoliberal policies in a globalized world, of which young they become the center of attention for subversive interests and that threatens even the very existence of man. The objective of this work was to develop a system of actions, focused on the educational performance of young people, which allows them to use their ethical and moral potentials in strengthening their values during transit through the Provincial Instruction Center. The system of actions was sustained on a series of principles and in its structure it contains several interrelated elements to be assumed by the center to achieve the materialization of the values and the active-transforming intervention of its young people. Among the scientific methods used, the qualitative diagnosis based on the criteria of young people, professors, managers and the application of the observation par excellence and the complementary survey, demonstrated the wide possibilities offered by the system of actions in the development of values and their concretion in the performance models of the subjects of our research. The system of actions constituted the practical contribution of the study. Its validity lies in the diagnosis and permanent implementation in young people, stating that the strengthening of values is a cornerstone of these times
