Cutaneous Horn Overlying Basal Cell Carcinoma
A man of 60 years presented with a cutaneous horn overlying a nodulo-ulcerative basal cell carcinoma for the last 2 years on the face below right eye. Reconstructive surgery was undertaken after complete removal of the lesion.
