Summary:Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a multisystem disease, and pancreatic diseases in patients with IBD should be taken seriously in clinical practice. This article systematically elaborates on the research status of acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, autoimmune pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine dysfunction, pancreatic cancer, and asymptomatic laboratory examination and imaging abnormalities in IBD patients and analyzes the diagnosis and treatment strategies for these diseases, so as to provide an important reference for clinical identification and treatment of such diseases.
