The quality of studies is one of the most important problems in Lithuanian and other European Union schools. The main goals of already ten years going on Bolognese Process are to develop European high education space, to train specialists of high qualification for European labor market, to increase the high education systems’ transparency and flexibility. In the survey, analyzed in this article, the first and second year undergraduates were interviewed. The goal of the survey is to investigate the problem areas of the programme and teaching qualities. The goal of this article is to analyze the problematical areas of the programme, what could encourage new ideas how to improve one of the most popular undergraduate degree programmes in Lithuania.http://dx.doi.org/10.3846/coactivity.2010.16creative industriesstudies qualityacademical programme survey
