Lower course students raised more criticism to administrative staff due to the lack of support for students on questions assotiated with study process issues. They also had more criticism for the lack of student awareness about university follow-updevelopment plans. The lower course students have more requirements than the higher course students in such areas: the effectiveness of the university administration, student admissions and organization for support, professional development of academic staff. The students expect more support from the university staff when adapting to studies conditions and requirements, they are not satisfied with how their personal skills are being developed during their studies, how much time teacher gives during his consultation, there is a lack of teachers impartiality and objectivity.http://dx.doi.org/10.3846/cpe.2015.255quality of studystudentscriterium of quality of studyuniversityhigher education |
