The female of Anisopleura vallei St. Quentin, 1937, is described for the first time, with new records of this species from four localities in Kohima District, Nagaland, India. Previously, the only known record of this species was the type series collected by St. Quentin in 1935. We also provide new records of Schmidtiphaea chittaranjani (Lahiri, 2003) which was previously known only from the holotype.https://www.threatenedtaxa.org/index.php/JoTT/article/view/3423biodiversity hotspotsbiodiversity inventoryspecies rediscoverynaga hillsredescriptionschmidtiphaeamanipureastern himalaya |
