Summary:The analysis of this paper focus on the one of fundamental problematic points, it is the employment relationship. We can think of this as the intraorganizational relationship between an organizational owner (or the owner’s representative) and a worker. The lesson for us is that organization theory and management practice will be failed without being modified, altered, revised in a permanent basis for controlling human resources.The truth is that some ideas developped here have been suggested from by David Jaffee, in Organization Theory: Tension and Change, McGraw-Hill, International Edition 2001.
